The top tier is the only one in the lineup where a point is worth the same 2% whether you redeem it for cash back or for airfare, so there is no redemption to optimize and no wrong choice at the end. Its $700 of annual credits offsets more than half the $1,199 fee, though $200 of that is the Ship&Play shipping credit, which is only worth its face value if you would use the service. It fits someone who will spend the airline and dining credits in full and wants a flat 2% without tracking categories.
